The New York Times highlights a study out of Finland that indicates cholesterol-rich foods do not contribute to heart disease. This echoes other studies with similar findings. You heard it here! Go treat yourself to some cholesterol. Look for foods that will boost your good cholesterol (HDL), like eggs, avocados, nuts, and olive oil. Combine those with a diet rich in fruits, veggies, and whole grains, and you’ve already won half the battle when it comes to living to your maximum genetic lifespan.
